About me...
Over 10 years ago I was fortunate enough to meet and work with a holistic medical doctor who introduced me to the concept of using whole foods to heal my body ~ the idea of using food as medicine. Thus began my quest to explore natural healing strategies using food to address imbalances and deficiencies. Having been so inspired by this healer ~ I started studying nutrition, reading many books, attending seminars and webinars which lead me to enroll in the Nutritional Therapy Program and become a Certified Nutritional Therapy Consultant (NTC). With my nutrition training and my prior college education degree ~ I found a perfect marriage in educating and empowering others to achieve vibrant health. As an NTC, I am able to work with clients one on one and in group settings teaching them how to make diet and lifestyle choices that benefit their health and well being greatly.
When I am not talking nutrition I enjoy spending time with my husband, family and friends, exercising, cooking nutrient dense whole food meals, and traveling to the west coast to visit our three sons.
